We had Victor come give us a quote for cleaning and stretching. He was very fair and spent time figuring out how to get us the best price without us even asking. Looking forward to working with him again.

I worked as a carpet cleaner during college and feel like I know my stuff. I know what good quality means when it comes to cleaning carpet. The guy that came out to clean was right on time and friendly and knew his stuff. We had a rug cleaned as well as 3 bedrooms and some stairs. The rug had 10 years of dirt on it. We had unfortunate flooding in our second floor laundry room that bled down between the walls of two floors into the basement. We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!).
