We had unfortunate flooding in our second floor laundry room that bled down between the walls of two floors into the basement. We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!). Boss provided exceptional thorough service in order to mitigate any possibility of mold brewing in our home due to the water damage, but at the same time, they really tried to be as non-invasive as possible, too. Excellent service by a clean cut respectful young man in our home today. He did a great job in a very efficient manner. We will use BOSS Systems again and hope we get the same tech.
Boss cleaned our new carpet because our senior dog started having accidents. There was one area that their pet treatment wasn’t quite enough so they came back out and worked on that area for an hour at no extra charge. Clem was professional and did a fantastic job. My hall no longer smells. I would highly recommend them!
These guys were great to work. Timely, professional got the job done real well.
