I needed to have my carpets restretched since our builder never installed them correctly, so I called several places and they were booked 4-8 weeks out. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later and they showed up on time, did a phenomenal job and were extremely professional and friendly. I'm going to use them to clean my carpets in the next few weeks. I highly recommend them!
I called for service and got a live person right away. She was friendly and helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The employee came out on schedule and did a very good job for a very reasonable price. I was definitely impressed and pleased with my overall experience.
