We had unfortunate flooding in our second floor laundry room that bled down between the walls of two floors into the basement. We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!). Boss provided exceptional thorough service in order to mitigate any possibility of mold brewing in our home due to the water damage, but at the same time, they really tried to be as non-invasive as possible, too. Boss cleaned our new carpet because our senior dog started having accidents. There was one area that their pet treatment wasn’t quite enough so they came back out and worked on that area for an hour at no extra charge. Clem was professional and did a fantastic job. My hall no longer smells. I would highly recommend them!
Oh my gosh! My wife and I have lived in our home for roughly 5 years. The home is small, it was built in 2008 and still has the original carpet. It isn't horrible but it's certainly been well used. I have had another company cleaning our carpet and was never super pleased but thought not their fault we have 17-year-old carpet. Excellent service by a clean cut respectful young man in our home today. He did a great job in a very efficient manner. We will use BOSS Systems again and hope we get the same tech.
I have tried several carpet cleaning companies but keep coming back to Boss. They simply do the best job at getting my carpets the cleanest. They are up front about pricing and the results I can expect. They are kind, professional and efficient. I just call Boss and know the job will get done right.
