Getting a B wet service and DOT on my trailer. There is no where for customers to sit while it is in the shop besides a wooden bench that the pilot employees use a a smoking area. I asked the mechanic if I could just wait inside my truck and was told no against company policy. Well I pulled the truck and trailer in so I was already in the shop.
