Checked in approximately 1530, was told it’d be a couple hrs. I returned a few hrs later and was told that yes company gave authorization. I waited on the young lady and man behind the counter to type up the paperwork. They printed it out and continued with their personal conversation. RecommendedWe drive a big house and had several lights out, wiring issues, air bag on cab, exhaust leak and wheel seals starting to leak. They worked and replaced alit of bad wires and fixed all issues. They did our federal inspection and found 2 bolts loose on the u joint tightened them And we are good. They kept us informed and because of the massive amount of wiring to run down and fix it took several hours. Booked in for a pm service and tire repair at 9:30am, they quoted me a 90 min wait to get into shop. It’s now after 3:pm and they still haven’t called me into the shop yet. Since they’ve wasted my whole day, it’s obvious that they don’t appreciate cash paying customers. It will be a cold day in hell before this place gets my business.
RecommendedI love this shop! Most other places I go to don’t fix things right the first time. I’ve never had to go back at this shop! They keep me rolling! Unlike most shops they let me know if they see other issues so I’m not in another shop inline or waiting on parts down the road!😍
