Very poor communication between service desk and mechanics. Waste alot of time by not passing info on. Took 2.5 hrs just to get an estimate after I was pulled into the bay then sat for over 2 hrs untouched. Markup of parts is es 2 hours. Wanted 7.5 hrs labor on a 2 hour job. I can see a little extra but not 500% markup. Very slow mechanics. Took him 2 hours to change 2 car size tires on a rv all the while my truck sat there not being worked on. Getting a B wet service and DOT on my trailer. There is no where for customers to sit while it is in the shop besides a wooden bench that the pilot employees use a a smoking area. I asked the mechanic if I could just wait inside my truck and was told no against company policy. Well I pulled the truck and trailer in so I was already in the shop. nice and friendly they are very helpfully.
I needed an actuator replacement on my turbo. this part cost 1172.00 at the competitor right behind them. plus by the book 2 hour repair and 2 gallons anti freeze. a repair that normally cost 1300.00 to 1500.00 on the higher side ran me close to 2,000.00 they blamed mhc for not giving good parts pricing. but I bought my truck from mhc and I know better. I asked to see their mhc invoice and was told no I couldn't see it. of course people complain at times but when it comes to blatant price gouging I cant accept. I will not do... read more
They did a.wheel seal Repair it didn't last 100 mi. No warranty no refund . Incompetence abounds there.
Slow as fuck I won't come back at all ..............
