I was broke down on the side of the road yesterday downtown Sioux falls they sent Tim and the guy he was training to look at truck he did an excellent job diagnosing my issue replaced one air can and told me where to go to get an air valve that the shop did not have in stock. Give this man a raise, he deserves it
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, got me in and out very quickly on a Saturday morning.
On June 22, 2025 I send my trailer for Welding @ brake pot mounting bracket. Confirmed with their mechanic if he can handle that repair. Approve them for new brake pot because they have to cut he bolts of old brake pot in order to weld. Charge 2.5 hours for welding and one hour for brake pot replacement plus parts. Trailer came back with hanging brake pot. Poor job. no cleaning for welding, was able to talked to their shop manager shop manger Chris after trying 5-6 days. He said we only do temporary repairs. Stop in for two steer tires and they said it would be a little wail after 2.5 hours I call someone else boss call after 3 hours did not pick up if they would have call after 1.5 or even 2 hours to tell me they were still working on trucks before me cool but they did not not very good customer service
Nice and friendly people work here. Their prices are much better than Loves speedco truck repair and they are much experienced mechanics.
