I paid the appraiser to come look at my house so that I could buy it, after waiting to get the review, I was told that my yard and the inside of my home needed to be free of any personal items. Which is ridiculous to ask, to have it cleared out of personal items for an inspection in the house you live in. I was also charged double the quote of the appraisal.
