This company was contracted by my apartment complex to fix a leak in the bathroom wall of my unit. During the course of the repair the 3 techs splattered dark viscous grime (I assume this came from inside the wall) all over my bathroom. My shower products were covered in it, my bathmats, walls, toilet, and more. They never bothered to lay down plastic coverings or make even the barest attempt to keep my space clean. We found out water main release valve leaking in our downstairs living room. A friend of ours recommended Shawn, and after a quick call he said he would be able to get us up and going again. Shawn was extremely professional, thorough and just a pleasure to work with! 10/10 will be calling Shawn with Boss Plumbing if we have any other issues in the future!
