Everyone was friendly and processed my issue efficiently. The pre- registration check-in process needs improvement, since I had already done that on-line prior to the appointment and had to re-do it again at check-in.
It was a pleasure meeting with Dr. Strohmeyer for my initial visit. We discussed my case and found a mutually acceptable way forward. Steroids and PT to start for my lower back pain. Dr. Strohmeyer and his staff were very professional and friendly. i'm looking forward to working with the BOSS group in the future. I'm glad I found a group I feel comfortable with and trust their medical judgement.
