I appreciated greatly that Dr. Mark Dean did not prescribe arthroscopic surgery for my slightly torn meniscus. It’s been 2 month 1 week since the prp injection. I did suffer a lot of pain for one week, perhaps because I had a torn meniscus , but on the seventh day the intense pain just vanished while I was driving over the intracoastal into Bluffton! Best recommendation I have is just to rest for 1 week to 2 weeks then slowly start workout routine, avoid turmeric and all NSAIDS. I would not go to another surgeon but Dr. Mark... read more
