My mom and I went to get our nails done today and we are so super happy with how they turned out. The shape is on point the colour is beautiful and the service was 10/10

The first time I came to this nail salon, I had the most amazing experience. The second time I came to this nail salon, it ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I then had to come back because my nails weren’t dry and gel polish was getting everywhere. When I came back and they redid my nails, they ended up being nothing like what I actually wanted. I will absolutely never return. I left crying, two times in one week. I will never return.

I had Emma do my nails today and she did an amazing job, no complaints with her. My issue is with the secret charges you aren't told about until it's time to pay. I had my nails done a few weeks ago with a different technician and was charged an extra $15 because the colour was special. When I was choosing my color, it was shown to me that a certain pallet was extra which the color I chose was not in that section. Today I was charged an extra $5 because my nails are medium length.
