The replacement by BOSS was a welcomed relief during a cold snap with similar requests of furnace breakdowns. Despite those pressures they were responsive to calls, questions and a follow-up installation (shortly thereafter) with competent staff. Highly recommend them. Incidentally this service was arranged by me on behalf of my daughter who lost confidence with options to remedy a poorly installed HVAC system. So in total I've retained BOSS in two instances ...for my condo and a house. And I'd recommend them again.
On 17th of October, 2024 Brandon and Michael did a very excellent job with installing my furnace, am very satisfied with the work that they did I will recommend them to anyone in the near future. Thank you Brandon and Michael keep up the amazing work guys.
