I'm not sure I could have asked for a better experience or level of service with these guys. Larry answered my call on the 3rd ring in the late afternoon once I had learned my furnace was toast. He was at my house 2 hours later to assess the situation, which was two days before an extreme cold spell, so speed was extremely important. I inquired on FB about needing help with a leaking water heater. Boss responded quickly and showed up thar day to look and confirm we needed a new one. I asked some questions about replacements and was very pleased that they gave honest answers instead of just offering the most expensive option. They fit us in within a couple days and worked with us on cost. Totally recommend and will use their service again.

Great install and post-install service on a HyperX with branch box and four heads. They even had the Mitsubishi rep out to review the work with me. They tucked all the lines and box as discretely as possible in the basement and exterior. Helped with the rebate process, too. Would 100% recommend!
