Never had the service with Erica but I was scheduled to have color and extensions. She canceled my appointment the day before due to illness, She never called me back to reschedule or responded to my calls. This was so unprofessional. I totally don't understand her attitude I would not recommend. Scheduling an appointment with. Her as a new client
