Homeowners Beware My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and stressful. They performed deck work at my home, and the entire process was slow, unprofessional, and poorly managed. During the project, their material supplier sent a certified lien notice to my home because this company failed to pay their bills on time. We LOVE Boss Exteriors! I've recommended them to clients in the past, especially replacing sections of siding of old LP for new hardi for years but didn't need them personally until we decided to replace 3 huge original 1960's picture windows and swap out old french doors for a 10' slider at our house. Andrew West of Boss Exteriors managed our project and our experience was one of the absolute best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They were timely, costs were reasonable and work performed was great. All the guy that worked on the project were great and just good guys. This company is the worst. They don't pay their subcontractors. Please stay away from this company. They only care about the money. They've scammed many people.
Highly recommend this company for house projects. Had my roof done recently. Price was fair and work was top quality. They have incredible integrity. They called me to let me know the under layment was wrong by mistake. I wouldn't have known otherwise so the fact they called to let me know and not only that but they came back out and re did the work. They put their customers first! Will happily do business with them again.
