My experience with Boss Carpet One in freeport was good. It was a little rocky at first with miscommunication but they really made up for it. Javier and Joe stayed in communication with me so I knew what was happening and when - the floor looks amazing. There was a little gap between the flooring and the baseboards - Joe (i think) came in and put quarter round on the we bottom of our baseboards to eliminate the gap and no extra charge to us. When I get ready to do the upstairs I will be calling them again. Thanks guys!!
My daughter had this company come and put our floor in yesterday. There was alot of miscommunication and I was really upset and I gave them a one star which I shouldn't have. I put a bad review somewhere which I can't find to delete it. They came today and talked to me and worked it all out. Plus the floor does look great. I let my anger get ahold of me and I just want to apologize for my bad review yesterday. Boss Carpet is super. I feel really foolish after I found out everything. From nasty carpets to this is great.
