I bought a 24x45 building with a 12x45 lean-to. I had a concrete pad for building and under the lean-to per their specifications. North Carolina Carports and Garages installed the building for Boss Bldgs. I chose the $485 option for them to seal the base of the building. First, they used the wrong caulk, second, they didn't properly seal the base of my bldg! I was told the $485 option would be water tight! It wasn't! *Edit* My building turned out AMAZING. For the price and quality I am very satisfied. Only thing that could be improved is the scheduling. Would be better off using order tracking software. I am happy. Will edit this review once my building gets built with quality. Ive been paid up now, site ready, and delayed 4 times. Crew no call no show.
North Carolina Carports dba Boss Building were outstanding and the price was very reasonable. The site work and concrete pad cost more than the building. smh. I designed my building online and received a quote from Teresa asap. I placed an order with Teresa for a 30' x 50' building with 12' lean-to's on each side with vertical roof (Quaker Gray) and vertical sides (Pewter Gray). All my questions during the whole process were answered in a very timely manor. Once the build was started on my property the people putting it up were very courteous and stayed busy right till the end of the build. My building looks amazing and would recommend this company to everyone. I have already passed on the name.
