Trained here a few times whilst in MTV. Great place, loads of equipment. A proper nitty, gritty powerlifting and strongman gym - chalk and sweat! The owner Dan Green is a properly nice chap who really knows his stuff. Will train here whenever Im in the MTV area.
Great Gym, amazing athletes, Dan and Sparkle are the best! It"s family 🏋️♀️💪👍
