Boss Auto has done it Right for me Every Time, Fast , Fair, Friendly Service Done Right, I Highly recommend them, for Auto & Truck Service.
We went to get my A/C recharged - I called to see if my car was ready and they told me it was ready to go. They even called my husband shortly after and said it was. When he got there they told him that there was a leak and they couldn’t do anything. There was no communication and when I called to see if my car was ready they should have told me then. The communication felt very much lacking.
They are a local town favorite for a reason, I've went to them for a handful of issues and theyve always provided great service and competitive prices. They've repaired anything from coolant leaks on my car all the way to a broken door actuator.
Used them for a clutch repair done a good job then thought I had a leak but ended up not being the case they told me I needed a mastercylender replacement but nothing was wrong with it at all they charged me over 80$ to lie about it being messed up but it ended up being that nothing was leaking it was due to the new clutch having air in it so I wouldn't trust them they wanted to charge me over 400$ for something that wasn't broken to me that's dishonest and I got screwed on my 80$ diagnostic fee the mastercylender was fine t... read more
They did phenomenal work and made appropriate recommendations, their rates are fair and honest. These guys play by the book and I would recommend using them in a heartbeat. To top it all off they even found the root of the problem I was experiencing with my clutch pedal. Y'all are amazing. -the guy with the f250 fitted with the red canopy from a Ford Ranger.
