I recently bought a car here. The lady who handled my sale was very unapproachable and dismissive. She showed no willingness to negotiate or offer anything extra, which made the entire buying process feel very stressful and unpleasant. I had a great experience buying my 2023 Toyota Corolla from Boss Auto. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I visited early in the day and let them know I was securing financing; they provided a bill of sale right away, and even though two other people came to see the car later that day, they held it for me without issue. I contacted Boss Auto about a car that had been on their lot for over 60 days. The car was still available and the employee was very helpful. I was located about an hour and a half away so I asked for photos. I received photos of the car and even underneath. I asked how the condition of the car was and I was told "it is a very good car" and was told because it's manual that's why it's been sitting for 60 days. Do not buy from here bought a 2013 Ford Taurus back in December I barely drive heard something in the back today an the car needs to pad routers caibers hoses and break rotors break fluid flush as well $1300.00. Also charging light came on alternator is dead and hazard lights don't work total $2376.00 at break King Newport news I'm beyond pissed never again you've been Warned. Break King advised me whoever sold you the car new of these problems. They said the breaks was down to bare metal
