Been trying to reach someone about getting my car paid off & title for almost a year without any response whatsoever, & they haven’t even reported the sale of the vehicle to the DMV , with as many dealerships in San Antonio don’t make it more stressful on yourself go somewhere else or your gonna be next to warn others in a bad review…….. Update - I ended up having to pay sales tax again plus late fees in order to get a title from the dmv 2 yrs after I bought the car ! Went shopping for a truck and found 1 on line from this lot. It looked great in the pics and was advertised wit decent mileage upon approval the truck was no where to be found because the employees were using it for personal reasons. Also The truck looked great for an older model but then months later it started to show paint issues where they did cheap work to paint it and cover up other flaws. Car loss are doing this far more often now with similar tactics like H&H auto sales is another 1 to watch out for.
