We had a sewer backup. My insurance agent recommended Boss. I've never had anything like this happen. Anthony was the technician that came to our home. We had a flooding situation from a water purification system at our vacation home while we were away. Boss came very quickly to dry out our cherry hardwood floors. They cleaned up our garage area as well since water poured thru a floor vent into the HVAC duct and caused the Sheetrock to fall from the ceiling. We were routinely updated by the tech working in our home. Boss did a very good job for us!

I am living a nightmare. A pipe burst in a neighbors townhome, flooding three units, leaving two families with unlivable homes. That was Sept 20th. Boss did a great job tearing up the floors and cutting out walls, then disappeaed. One crew showed up to fix sheetrock but didnt speak english, couldn't tell us anythig, and disappeared. Its now Nov. 10h. I have never been treated so poorly by a business I used to recommend.
