We dealt with one of their realtors (Awnya Dietiker), fired her due to her lack of effort in selling our home and her non-existent communication skills, and then we got lured back in by the owner of the company (Alan Nisbet), claiming he’d get our house sold and reassuring us that we’d be well taken care of this time around since we’d be working directly with him.
