Creative, delicious tasting menu. Wine pairing was especially thoughtful.
A Michelin starred restaurant that deserves that star and at least one more. We had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings. The dishes were inventive and delicious. The pairings spot on. Had the mole chip and rabbit cigar, the Wagyu beef, the scallops and the chanterelle dessert. Service and food top notch. Easily the best restaurant in Aspen.

The food was eclectic, reminiscent of The Menu, with varying levels of service for different tables. The chef interacted with some guests, and while we loved everything, the burnt onion puzzled us—was it a joke? The ambience was beautiful, and the cocktails were phenomenal. We spent over a grand on dinner and drinks, but sometimes it's worth it.
My friend and I shared an amazing birthday meal at Bosq. The food was divine, and Fritz and the rest of tye staff provided top notch service. Thank you for a once in a lifetime memory!
