I would strongly question the integrity of Mr. Bpscovich. He received money from a client of his, via a credit card number the client had given from a business account the client was not authorized to use. Upon informing Mr. Boscovich of the unauthorized transaction and requesting the money be refunded, Mr. Boscovich replied that he would look into the matter and respond by a given date.
