Avoid this business as it is my opinion that they are unscrupulous. I have rented a mini-excavator from them before years ago with no issues, but my last experience with them a week ago was beyond awful. First they messed up my reservation as I told them I wanted a machine with a two foot bucket, but thy held a model with a one foot bucket, so there was a delay when I picked it up and they charged me extra for their mistake. RecommendedI have used Bosk Rentals on several occasions. We have rented tables and chairs for our graduation parties and have always been pleased with their service. We have also rented their children’s carnival games as well and they were a hit! We will continue to utilize them for our needs in the future.
We rented a bounce house, it was there only one they had left, a very used clown one with some noticeable wear and tear. But it held air and just had 4 kids in it, 2yr old, 2 4yr olds and a 5 year old. A big rug in front of it in a beautiful grassy yard. When we returned it they charged us over 250$ to clean what they said was "black tar like substance". Our kids didn't have there shoes, food and they were completely clean! They are crooks!!!
