It was busy and I can tell they were short handed, but our waitress was excellent and the chef came out to clear dishes...the green Dragon jasmine tea and desserts were the best I ever had, will definitely go back next time I am in N.Y.
Took my daughter for her birthday with and bestie. Her bestie has celiac so she can’t eat gluten. The staff made her gluten free tea sandwiches, made sure they were separated from the others on the display! The sandwiches, macaroons and pastries were fabulous. The tea selection extensive and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable ! It was a wonderful experience!
The pastries are the best I've ever had. Good food and a lovely atmosphere and good service.
The scones were scrumptious even without the clotted cream. Clotted cream on the other hand was a bit on the heavy side. Almost more like store-bought refrigerated Breakstone’s whipped butter piped into a little jar that was a bit difficult to retrieve. All other stuff on the ménage was mediocre.
Amazing Tea Service! Excellent, accomodating and extremely knowledgeable staff! Sought it out all the way from Boston! Will be back!
Their staffs are very rude and unprofessional. I called twice for my event and I was told I don’t need a reservation on getting there the staff was so unfriendly, inconsideratly rude and basically asked me to get out. Very disappointed
