There is a YOUTUBE video called "1971 Special Report: Memphis Living in Black Poverty". This companys ancestors were involved in EXTREMELY poor housing conditions for blacks, in that video. Its horrible to watch. Paying outrageous prices for rent, while the tenants lived with rats, roaches and holes all over the walls and in the roofs. They refused to repair. They have a HAUNTING history. Im surprised they are still in business. Please watch the video. Especially before doing business.
