Bought an incredible used FX4 here and the service was off the charts. Even after I had problems from trying to fix things myself (brake job), they helped me out.
Great service from the body shop, Ed May and staff! They did great, quality work and had my car back to me when they said they would. The icing on the cake is the interior detail and wash/wax that they gave my car. Thank you very much, I will recommend your body shop to friends and family!
Ended up going with another dealership because my initial discussions with the salesperson at Boshears left me feeling like I needed to look elsewhere. When I called Boshears back to let them know I went with another dealership(so he wouldn't put any more work into research), he said, and I quote "we don't lose, you lose", and then he HUNG UP ON ME! I wasn't rude with the salesperson at all and was disappointed in the level of professionalism. Let's just say that my decision to go with another dealership has been validated.
