How is it that Google says this store is "open", and when I drove 1 hour to get there, security says it isn't open yet?!?!?!? Why is Google misleading? Or is it Bose fault?? I'm so pissed I may go buy something else?

These are the worse wireless earphones I have ever owned. The cheap pharmacy brands work better. Why would Bose make it impossible to use the left ear without the right??? Just stupid. And if you use the left you have to keep the case open -_- Waste of money.
One person to service the entire store during Christmas Holiday shopping. I ended up making my purchase elsewhere as there were no benefits to shopping here. Sad because products are excellent.
