I have bought several cars in my lifetime and have dealt with many different dealerships. This dealership is one of the best in the business very hassle free. They worked very hard to put me in the right vehicle.
Mike was incredibly helpful and made my car purchase experience very seamless. I got a 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid that was in excellent condition and has had no issues at all after driving over 2500 miles! Interior and exterior is almost perfect. It was only ~$4.5K on-road and drives great. The only additional work needed was an oil change and a new set of tires. I don't write reviews often, but felt compelled enough to write one in case anyone is looking for a new car. Not just at Bose but anywhere. So, I bought a White 2012 Lexus ES 350 with ~135K miles. I came in and did a self-inspection. I've researched heavily into Lexus and the ES 350 extensively for its common/major problems. Interior. Front dash has no cracks (very common on 07-12 generation to have cracks), the leather, regardless if detailed or not, was in very good condition with no significant wear. We purchased a car in January (it was a very cold day). *We were helped by Mike who was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we truly feel lied to and taken advantage of. We think they sold us a used car with more costly problems that likely exceed the almost $9000 we spent on it. If you are looking to buy here my advice is to bring your own mechanics to throughly look for any issues.
