Mr Dischley and Mr Bose saved my life ! I was dealing with a Felony charge that was completely unfair but at the same time the case got too complicated cause I had an attorney who started working on my case but didn't know what she was doing and made my whole case look way worse than it really is in front of the prosecutor and the judge. The Bose firm was recommended to me because of their expertise in Faquier County. I knew we had great representation when I was told Attorney David J. Dischley was a former prosecutor. Years ago I sat as a juror and was witness to former prosecutor who was brilliant as a defense attorney. Dischley performed equally, and ran circles around the prosecution. Result = CASE DISMISSED!
Bose Law Firm did an excellent work in defending our case. My cousin was initially sentenced to 10 days Jail and $500 fine in General District Court for RD-MISD (Reckless Driving - Generally Misdemeanor). The local lawyer didn't do a great job.
