Horrible service! It's no longer Bose and they don't even warranty the Bose products purchased here a few months back. The person I talked to was very rude, looked like he had just rolled out of bed.

Unbelievable customer service. These are my 4th pair of Bose I have bought from them.
Battery corroded in my headphones. Couldn't get new battery to work. Stopped at Bose DIA kiosk and Brian (9/17 evening) fixed it on the spot! Unexpected service. Wow.
