Kayla was so very helpful! She found the perfect frames for me and helped walk me through what the best lens would be for me. I have not gotten so much friendly service in such a long time. I would recommend her to everyone. She was extremely helpful and i will be back!
Do not recommend. Glasses take a long time. Staff is not well trained. Only one person working, she kept playing on her phone and kept complaining about her son and her work schedule and how the company dosent bring the dr to work in her location. If you dont like your job just leave! Made the experience miserable! Never coming back!
I have purchased three pairs of glasses from Boscov's optical. James L is the best optician that we have dealt with by far. He knows his inventory very well, and is very helpful at helping me choose what looks best and will work best for my needs. Your prescription and fit are always spot on.
I will definitely deal with James again at Boscov's again and again. He is very professional and definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to fitting and picking out glasses. Thank you James
