Took my grandmother for an eye exam, and the guy talked my old senial grandma to basically add over 300 worth of add ons to her prescription and the bill came up to over 400 that’s not including the frame that was only 169. I explained to the guy she has no idea what that is and he smiled and said well that’s what she wanted. I am disgusted with how they take advantage of an older lady, even after I explained the situation. SMH completely disappointed
Had a wonderful experience with the Boscov’s Optical Department. Lynette R the Manager went out of her way to help find glasses I can wear due to my prescription differences in each eye.
I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and with little time to pick them up I come to the Eatontown location and they are closed on a Saturday afternoon.I am not happy.
