Dr. N is very accommodating with hours and emergency appointments. I have been with him for many years as well as both of my children. Don't blame the Dr. for things that they did not do. As for office staff, I've always found them helpful and they treat you like they are treated.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Fixed my ear and nose problems which were causing my motion sickness. Receptionist, nurse, staff all wonderful people. Sylvia is a hoot! Highly recommend!
Horrible place don't recommend my son was seen there in November was suppose to start allergy shots never heard back when I called them today the office lady Kelly and her helper that refused to give me her name was unprofessional and both said they didn't have time to contact childrens for my sons records for his shots then hung up the phone on me not once but twice when i asked for a number to contact to report I wouldn't take anyone here so unprofessional and when we did see the doctor he wasn't helpful either the office ... read more
Recommended by my PCP. Never got to see the doctor because his wife was rude to me (made blatant, rude, loud statements about me wearing a mask). She didn't want me wearing one. She also yelled at people behind me in line at the receptionist's window (including a medical staff from another room). I will never know if he was a good fit and a doctor who could help me with my ear pain because of his wife's decisions. Instead, because of the unprofessionalism of the head of their office staff.
