Horrible experience. The receptionist took two people ahead of me even though I was the next in line. And continued to tend to everybody else and answered all phone calls that came in instead of putting her focus on getting me into the system. Then, the doctor himself was super super aggressive did not explain anything that he was doing.As he was doing it. I hope he never retires, you cannot find Great Doctors like him!
Dr. N is very accommodating with hours and emergency appointments. I have been with him for many years as well as both of my children. Don't blame the Dr. for things that they did not do. As for office staff, I've always found them helpful and they treat you like they are treated.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Fixed my ear and nose problems which were causing my motion sickness. Receptionist, nurse, staff all wonderful people. Sylvia is a hoot! Highly recommend!
