My friend and I went to go tour a home for rent in Davis. The manager who met with us was incredibly condescending and rude. My friend and I are graduate students living on student loans and most leases require a co-signer because of this. When I asked about having a co-signer, the manager rudely told us that we "need to start acting like adults and that means not having mom & dad co-sign."
