took my truck in and was was quoted way cheaper than the actual price and when I was done my truck was in worse condition than brought it in
We bring a truck in making noise in engine.. They say it's the clutch and quote 650.00... 4 days later they call and say truck is ready but engine crankshaft is broken. ( may last a day,maybe a week) then continue to want over 700.00 for the clutch.. They claim when they went to install tranny they noticed flywheel sloppy.. Now refuse to release truck without paying them... Sorry your guy screwed up,

Prices are always reasonable and I can always trust them with my ST I’m having them do my Big Turbo kit they already did my Intercooler and BOV and I don’t expect to have any issues Seth knows what he’s doing and he’s always so professional I recommend all my friends to Platinum and I recommend anyone to Platinum!
