Bosch would not work on my vehicle. Wouldn't even take a look at it.
Less than a 1 really. They seemed decent on the phone, but were cold and rude when I went to pick up the car..uncaring. the worst of it was the driver door and fender . Absolutely fine since I have had the car over 2 years , yet 4he door was catching on a bent in fender and the door latch inside the door is not catching to close. No one will take responsibility foe this mess and I am left stuck with the probl3m and expense of a repair that was never needed. The car went in for transmission work and front axles. Driving from Boise to California our car broke down in McDermitt OR, 70 miles from Winnemucca. I called a couple of shops in Winnemucca but they all said it would be a couple of days before they could get us in. I called Bosch and they said to get it towed in and they would look at it asap. When the car got to Bosch they got to it as soon as they could. They determined it was a relatively minor repair and got the car back on the road right away.
