Brought my Mercedes in and the guys at Bosch Mercedes service were upfront about what was going on from the very start, kept me in the loop the whole way through, and had everything sorted faster than I expected. They even organised things around my schedule which I really appreciated. Never had that kind of straightforward, no fuss experience at a service centre before, will absolutely be coming back.

Sorted out my car service mostly over phone and email. Good price quoted without any haggling, and the team follow through on all promises. Very easy and flexible to work with. Excellent experience all round and the car came back running perfectly.

Had an excellent experience getting my Mercedes-Benz serviced with Rod at Bosch Mercedes service. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was easy, smooth, and much faster than I expected. Rod made the whole thing completely stress-free and was great to work with from beginning to end. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their Mercedes-Benz properly looked after!
