They identified something 2 other places had completely missed. They took their time and were very detailed in how they went through everything and then got it sorted quickly once they knew what needed doing. I have total confidence in Bosch Service and their honesty, they have cared for the vehicles in our family across three different cars and helped out my inlaws as well. I will continue to trust and use them because they have never given me a reason not to.

Brought my car in and was genuinely impressed with how thorough the whole process was. They ask the right questions, do the proper checks, and don't cut corners when it comes to figuring out what your vehicle actually needs. Certifications in this industry genuinely mean something and I say that from experience. I have known people with college degrees and 15+ years in the trade who still couldn't diagnose half the things the team at Bosch Service picks up on a routine visit. In my decade working around the automotive industry here in Queensland I have only ever come across a handful of workshops that operate at this level.
