BOSCH IS GARBAGE FOR DISHWASHERS! Worse customer service! I have had them over for 7 times living with the worse DISHWASHER ever. It broke down about 8 months ago. They still have not replaced it. It work one time then breaks down after a repair. I wait weeks for a repair man without a dishwasher yarn again a try to fix. It's gone through all new parts. Today 1 last attempt. I just need my dishwasher to work it was brand new!😂😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Disastrous customer service. Bought a $1,600 Bosch dishwasher from them. Within warranty the dishwasher has a major defect. Contacted Bosch, they totally blew me off. They were to send out a contractor to repair the appliance. First contractor never contacted me; left a message after about four days, he never contacted me. Contacted Bosch again, (by phone and emails) they connected me with a second repairman, he totally blew me off.
