Always outstanding service from Luke and his team at Bosch Car Service. Trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely care about their customers. Although my cars maybe still under warranty I continue to have my cars serviced with Luke & the team continuing to keep my cars running perfectly keeping me informed throughout the process. Fair prices, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I recently took my 2025 Hyundai Kona to Bosch Car Service Ringwood for its first service and had a great experience. Luke was friendly, professional, and provided an upfront quote before my appointment. The final price was actually less than quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. He was thorough, communicated well, and made sure my service was completed to keep my manufacturer’s warranty intact. I was referred here by DSR Performance, so I expected professional service, but my experience was very disappointing. I was charged AUD 896.59 for what I understood to be an oil change and service, which felt excessive. During the service, staff damaged the transparent protective film on the upper-right corner of my windscreen and did not tell me until I noticed it myself. The best of the best! The team are efficient, professional and even have a sense of humour :) Luke and his team will take the time to explain current issues, bigger items coming up to budget for and always go the extra mile. No cheap and dodgy work here. A hire car is available but also accommodates for early drop off which definitely helps with young kids. I trust them completely.

We used Bosch Car Service Ringwood to assess a first car for our child - a pre purchase check. The car was found to have a few concerns which we would not have known otherwise. The staff were thorough, answered questions and explained further where it was needed. Customer Service was also fantastic! Thank you to all the staff we dealt with!
