Always outstanding service from Luke and his team at Bosch Car Service. Trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely care about their customers. Although my cars maybe still under warranty I continue to have my cars serviced with Luke & the team continuing to keep my cars running perfectly keeping me informed throughout the process. Fair prices, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
For 10 years I have enjoyed the feeling of driving away from a car service feeling safe and confident in the care and workmanship from Luke and the team at Bosch Car Service Ringwood. I've really appreciated the extra support and advice when I purchased my car, help in planning and budgeting for larger services and repairs, and recently in upgrading my headlights and selecting and fitting new tyres to be safe on these dark, wet, winter days.
The best of the best! The team are efficient, professional and even have a sense of humour :) Luke and his team will take the time to explain current issues, bigger items coming up to budget for and always go the extra mile. No cheap and dodgy work here. A hire car is available but also accommodates for early drop off which definitely helps with young kids. I trust them completely.
I've been servicing our car at Bosch Car Service Ringwood for 2 years now and Luke has been great. He runs a busy garage but always takes the time to communicate what's required for the service. I plan to take our second car to get serviced with him aswell (EV and ICE car). Highly recommend!
I called to make a booking and had several questions about obtaining a roadworthy certificate for a car I am selling, as I have never sold a car privately before. The staff member who answered was polite, friendly, and happy to explain everything in detail, clearly outlining the process.
