Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an AC company. First, they gave me a service window from 11 AM to 1 PM — I waited in a house with no AC for four hours until they finally showed up at 2:15 PM. They said they’d come with filters and never did . Second time, I sent them to another property — same story. Four-hour window, then they called an hour before it ended to cancel.
