Purchased a Bosch Benchmark induction range in December 2023. After the appliance failed, Bosch directed multiple service visits over approximately six months. Based on their technician’s diagnosis, I purchased a replacement control board. The appliance remained nonfunctional after installation and was ultimately declared irreparable. Really excited about my new installation that was applied on my Bosch electric oven. Called a few companies around and only one answered with sky rocketing prices and rude attitudes. Luckily I was asking around and one of my friends that works at a pizza shop around where I reside , and he told me to look up this wonderful company on google and give them a call.
