Irresponsible at best. We dropped our car off for service on December 30th after hours. On the envelope I wrote "see warranty paper" and placed them in the book on the front seat. Our appointment for service was Jan 3rd. We were told we needed an Oil Sensor $1000.00 bill and ended up with an engine replacement. Seems it was knocking and the bearings were bad.
