From our initial call with Max to the amazing service received from Michael, our oil change/service visit was exceptional. We recently moved back to the area and we will be definitely be bringing our other cars here for service. This team had amazing customer service!
BUYER BEWARE of Victory Jeep in Merrillville (currently being taken over by Team Auto Group). This was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My mom took her jeep in almost a month ago and still has not received her jeep back, or even a phone call to let her know what's going on. Everytime she calls she can't speak to anyone because there backed up with calls. Wick to sell you a vechile but pray you don't have to take it in for any reason.

Super polite and well trained staff! Glad for the Victory network ninety day warranty for a seriously expensive thermostat job on my 2018 Camry Hybrid but! The scheduling and time wasted is a problem. I setup an hour for a Monday morning visit. This should've been a fast diagnosis, part run, and swap yet someone got the wrong part and after a lot of waiting I had to head back home and come back the next day.
