Food always excellent. I was a bit embarrassed bringing my boss and your dining chairs at your two tops are frayed and should’ve been replaced a long time ago. It won’t stop me from coming back, but I do not like being asked to cut into my steak while you stand there and peer at it. If it’s not done to my liking, I will ask the server for assistance. Maybe others like that. I don’t know.
My husband and I love this place. The food never disappoints. It's truly one of our favorite spots in Bend. The service is always amazing, our server John, very kindly greeted us with champagne this time for my birthday celebration. He was training a young woman who was extremely attentive, can’t remember her name, but she had a very warm personality and was a nice addition to our experience tonight! Will be back
I have never had such amazing service in my life. Calling on fine dining as a wine rep, I ran into snooty types. They sucked all the fun out of the room and ruined an otherwise enjoyable meal. BOS Taurus doesn't have that problem. Our server Sara H was not only generous with her time, but knew absolutely everything about every item on the menu, the history of the relationship with the farmers they worked with and the inner working of the chefs creative process.
