On Monday, May 5, 2008 I called Bos Glass in order to get a broken window repaired. During my conversation with Bo he gave me an estimate over the telephone and assured me that he would be available no later than Wednesday and would call no later than Wednesday. I also explained that we really needed to have this done during this time frame since we had visitors expected on Friday.
