My experience at BOS was overall pleasant. The Sales Representative, Muzzamil, was very warm and easygoing. His no-pressure approach allowed my wife and me to take our time and with the vehicle without any distractions or influence. He was always available via phone or text to answer questions and address our concerns. Muzzamil is a good soul and is always careful to fully disclose or explain information to you.
